Born into an Air Force household, Manisha experienced the transient lifestyle of a defence family, journeying through the length of India – Patiala, Shillong, Delhi’s Hindon, Jodhpur – before obtaining her degree from Delhi University. Post her marriage to Businessman Mr Rajendra Shinde in 1995, she settled in Pune, stepping into the shoes of a homemaker, while nurturing her two talented children in a bustling business family.
Manisha’s knack for entrepreneurship emerged as she initiated a travel venture named Supreme Holidays, now aiming towards Agro-Tourism as Supreme Village. The college-day passion for the fashion industry, she trained herself to give the best in professional way with her merits.
She trained under renowned Marathi actor Prashant Damle in an acting workshop along with 3-day Acting and the program by Atul Mongia (The Artist Collective). Her grit and determination to fit into different dimensions led her to train as a Yoga teacher and embark on a journey to learn Kathak With level 1 cleared, she’s elegantly dancing her way to level 2 in Kathak.
Manisha expanded her horizon further by venturing into acting for a short film titled ‘Ganga’ and a Marathi play named ‘Big Boss' written by actor Vibhavari Deshpande. She made her television debut with a Marathi serial – Tu Chal Phude on Zee Marathi. Currently, she has embraced a pivotal role in ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’ show on Colors channel. She is working in the world of fashion where she has been shot for the commercial photoshoot for prestigious Chandukaka Saraf & Sons Pvt. Ltd. They are one of the leading jewellers in Western India carrying the fervors of crafting pieces of Jewellery for more than 195 years. On the occasion of 8 march international woman’s day she has been featured in Wella Professionals Hair Color, Care & Styling Digital advertisement.
